Coaching is a dialogue.

We start by understanding you and your goals. In our first meeting, we develop a common understanding of who you are, what you want to change, and the challenges you’re facing. The output is a short list of developmental outcomes that we’ll work towards during our time together.

We meet 1:1 over time. Each session, you bring in whatever is most relevant to you in the moment — typically, problems that you are currently facing at work or personally. I act as your objective partner to help you explore places you’re getting stuck and gain awareness and insight. I provide tools, readings, or new behaviors for you to experiment with between sessions. We typically meet over a video call bi-weekly for 60-minute sessions — for a minimum of 5 or 10 sessions. During this time, we regularly check back on progress against your goals.

We wrap up. As we end our work together, we make sure you have the tools and resources to maintain the changes you’ve made.

We do all of this within a strictly confidential environment.
